Alternatively, applicants may obtain a hard copy of the application pack 'IntoOrganics' - your entry into Organic Certification - and simply follow the application process outlined in the publication. Contact the NASAA Office to request your copy.

IntoOrganics

Where advantageous to the operator, NASAA will assist
facilitate transfer of an existing organic certification
to NASAA certification. The process requires the
forwarding of key documentation including a current
certificate of registration and farm map/plan. The
attached information
pack provides further details of the process
of transfer, including an application form.
Outside Australia
International applicants should note the following
information
sheet, which outlines key requirements for the
provision of certification services outside of Australia.
The information sheet contains a questionnaire,
which we invite applicants to complete to assist
NASAA in providing further advice and information.
To apply directly for Certification, download and complete the Application Form, and return to NASAA. Additionally, operators of Grower Group schemes will be required to complete the following Grower Group Questionnaire.
Export to Japan and the US
There are additional organic product requirements for export entry into the Japan and US markets. Exporters must meet additional accreditation requirements under the national organic programs administered in these countries, the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) and the US National Organic Program (USNOP).
NASAA is your first point of contact to advise on the requirements for, and latest updates on, the JAS and USNOP Standards and Guidelines. Accreditation through these programs can be undertaken as a separate exercise, or in addition to existing NASAA licenses. Contact the NASAA Office for further information.
